When you purchase a wallet package, Book With Star adds bonus credit on top of the amount you pay. For example, a package priced at AED 700 may credit AED 850 to your wallet — an extra AED 150 for free. The bonus is credited instantly and is ready to use on your very next booking.
Yes. Your wallet balance can be used to pay for venue bookings, court reservations, classes, and other checkout flows across Book With Star, just like any other payment method — simply select "Wallet" at checkout.
Most packages carry no expiry, so your balance stays in your account until you use it. If a specific package does carry a validity period, it will be clearly shown on that package's card before you buy.
Absolutely. You can top up as many times as you like — each purchase adds its wallet credit (plus bonus) to your existing balance, so frequent players can stack up savings for the whole season.
Your current wallet balance and full transaction history are always visible from your account dashboard under "My Wallet" once you are logged in.
