Star Football Private Training

Star Football Private Training gives players dedicated time to improve the details that can be difficult to address in a full team session. The coach can slow down a movement, correct the technique, repeat it under pressure and then place it into a realistic football situation. Each plan should reflect the player's age, current ability, position and agreed development goals.

One-to-One Football Training

One athlete works directly with a Star Football coach. The session can be built around a narrow technical priority, a role-specific need or a combination of connected skills. The pace, number of repetitions and level of pressure can be adjusted to the athlete's response.

Individual Football Skills We Can Develop

  • First touch and receiving: Body shape, receiving across the body, controlling different passes and preparing the next action.
  • Ball mastery: Close control, changes of direction, use of both feet and confidence in tight spaces.
  • Passing technique: Weight, accuracy, timing and selection of short, driven and combination passes.
  • Dribbling and 1v1 play: Changes of pace, feints, protecting the ball and choosing when to beat or release an opponent.
  • Shooting and finishing: Striking technique, placement, finishing from different angles and composure around goal.
  • Weak-foot development: Purposeful repetition to improve control, passing and finishing on the less dominant side.
  • Position-specific work: Scanning, movement, decision-making and technical actions linked to the player's role.
  • Speed with the ball: Efficient footwork, acceleration, balance and technique at match pace.

Private Small-Group Football Training

A private group of two to four players adds realistic opposition and decision-making while preserving a high number of individual repetitions. Players can work on passing combinations, first-touch direction, 1v1 and 2v2 situations, finishing under pressure and position-specific relationships.

Recommended group size: two or three athletes, with a maximum of four. Players should be reasonably compatible in age, level, physical readiness and training goals so each participant receives meaningful coaching attention.

How Progress Is Reviewed

The coach can track technical consistency, use of both feet, execution at speed and the player's ability to apply the skill in opposed practice.

Reviews should describe observable changes and the next coaching priority. They should not promise guaranteed performance, team selection or competition results.
